  1. All are 100% natural products, however for personal care check for any reaction by applying on your Wrist before using.
  2. Payments once done will not be refunded.
  3. We don’t have the COD option, but please get in touch with us directly if your order value is more than ₹5000/-.
  4. Prices mentioned are inclusive of GST charges. Flat rate shipping charges applied. However, if shipping charges get charged in excess it would be refunded.
  5. Razorpay is 3rd party and we do not own it, in case your transaction fails and the amount is deducted from your account, request to wait for 4-5 working days for the same to be credited back
  6. Orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 days.
  7. Shipping tracking id will be automatically sent to your email address or phone number via SMS in case of local delivery, in case you don’t receive one please contact us.
  8. Our products are lab tested and the solution is completely safe for Humans and Pets. However, please use it at your own discretion.
